Agreement Confirmation

Cloudpick reserves the right to change the relevant terms of this Privacy Policy at any time, and once the terms are changed, this website will promptly announce them. Cloudpick reserves the right, within the limits permitted by law, to independently decide to refuse service, close user accounts, clear or edit content, and cancel orders.

Account Management

Users using Cloudpick services should have full capacity for civil conduct; if users do not have the aforementioned qualifications, their legal guardians should bear all consequences resulting from this, and Cloudpick has the right to cancel or permanently freeze the user's account.

After you successfully register, Cloudpick will open an account for you as the unique identity for using Cloudpick services. The ownership of this account belongs to Cloudpick (i.e., the Cloudpick website user ID), and you only have the right to use it. When logging in to your account, you can use your provided phone number or third-party accounts (such as WeChat, Alipay, etc.) as your registration username, but you must enter the SMS verification code or login password sent to you when logging in. Please keep the verification code or password safe, do not disclose it to others, and restrict third-party use and access to your account. You are responsible for any losses incurred due to improper password management.

You understand and agree that if your actions violate the relevant provisions of this Agreement, your user status and account may be canceled, temporarily frozen, or permanently frozen.

Due to the special nature of online services, Cloudpick has no obligation to verify whether the username and password are used by you personally. Cloudpick only verifies whether the username and password match the data in the background. Anyone who enters the username and password that match the backend data can log in and obtain various services provided by Cloudpick. Therefore, even if you believe that the login behavior of your account is not done by you personally, Cloudpick will not bear any responsibility for this. If you find any illegal use of a member account or security vulnerabilities, please contact the company immediately.

If you have not used your Cloudpick account continuously for 6 months (including in-store shopping, ordering goods using this account, posting user experiences, participating in product discussions, participating in Cloudpick-related activities, and other services), Cloudpick has the right to clean up your account.

Collection of Your Personal Information

You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may prevent you from using many of Cloudpick's special services. Please understand that we use the information you provide to respond to your requests, provide convenience for your shopping or service enjoyment on Cloudpick, improve the Cloudpick website, and communicate with you. Additionally, we may associate the information you provide with your Cloudpick account to identify your identity.

1.1. To provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the following necessary information:

(1) Account registration and activation. We provide services based on your Cloudpick account. To create a Cloudpick account, you need to register on this website and provide us with your phone number. In order to ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we will send a verification code to your mobile phone to verify your identity. After registration is completed, you can create a Cloudpick account. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a Cloudpick account and can only use partial information browsing and search services. In addition, you can also set your nickname and avatar to improve your account information.

(2) Product/service purchase function. When you make purchases at Cloudpick stores, Cloudpick will record your movements and clothing during your in-store consumption to create a transaction order. This order will specify the products and/or services you have purchased, the specific order number, order creation time, transaction amount, and payment method information. The store is monitored throughout, and there is full-time surveillance once you enter the store. We collect this information to help you complete transactions smoothly, ensure the security of your transactions, facilitate your query of order information, provide customer service and after-sales service, and for purposes explicitly notified to you. We will also use your order/transaction information to determine if there are any anomalies in your transactions to protect your transaction security.

(3) Payment function. To complete order payments, you need to choose a payment method. During your payment process, we need to collect your third-party payment account information. We will share your Cloudpick username, corresponding Alipay or WeChat account member name, order payment-related information, order security-related device information, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws through the embedding of Alipay, WeChat, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and other corresponding payment companies.

1.2. In order to improve service quality and user experience, we will retain information about your use of services and how you use them during your use of our services. This type of information includes:

(1) Information on your browser and computer. When you visit the Cloudpick website or use Cloudpick services, the Cloudpick system automatically receives and records information about your browser and computer (including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records of the data you request).

(2) Your location information. When you download or use applications developed by Cloudpick, its affiliates, and partners, or access mobile web pages to use Cloudpick services, Cloudpick may read your location information (most mobile devices will allow you to turn off location services, and we recommend that you contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer for specific guidance).

(3) Information about your device. Cloudpick may read information about the terminal device you use to access Cloudpick or use Cloudpick services, including but not limited to device model, device identifier, operating system, resolution, and telecommunications carrier.

(4) Your behavior or transaction information. Cloudpick may record your actions and related information and behaviors when you visit Cloudpick or use Cloudpick services. In addition to the above information, we may also obtain other information about you, including information you provide when contacting our customer service team, questionnaire responses you send to us when participating in surveys, and information we obtain when you interact with Cloudpick's affiliates and partners. Additionally, in order to enhance the security of your use of Cloudpick services and more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and trojan viruses, we may use information such as your internet usage habits and commonly used software to assess the risk of your account, and may record some URLs we believe to be risky.

1.3. Information from Third Parties refers to the information that you authorize Cloudpick to obtain from Cloudpick's affiliates and partners during your registration of a Cloudpick account and use of Cloudpick services. This information includes but is not limited to your identity information, behavioral information, transaction information, device information, etc. Cloudpick will aggregate this information to help Cloudpick provide you with better and more personalized services and to better prevent internet fraud. You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:

(1) Keyword information you enter when using Cloudpick's search service.

(2) Credit evaluation, behavior that violates laws and regulations or rules of the Cloudpick website, and measures Cloudpick has taken against you.

(3) Enterprise registration information such as company names required to be made public in accordance with laws and regulations, as well as information of individual business operators.

(4) Other information about you that is explicitly agreed upon or notified by Cloudpick in the agreements signed between you and Cloudpick or in the rules of the Cloudpick website and does not apply to this Privacy Policy.

We manage and use your personal information to provide services to you, improve the quality of our services, and optimize your service experience. We will use your personal information in compliance with legal requirements and primarily for the following purposes:

2.1. To provide you with the various services you use and maintain and improve these services.

2.2. We may use your personal information to verify your identity, prevent, detect, investigate fraud, harm security, illegal or behavior that violates agreements, policies, or rules with us or our affiliates, to protect your, other Cloudpick users, or our or our affiliates' legitimate interests.

2.3. We may use your movement trajectory and clothing personal information for system analysis, for personalized and precise marketing, and provide you with the function to turn off personalized recommendation services in settings.

2.4. We will statistically analyze the usage of our services and may share these statistical information with the public or third parties to show the overall usage trends of our products or services. However, this statistical information does not contain any of your personally identifiable information.

2.5. To allow you to participate in surveys related to our products and services.

2.6. For other purposes with your consent or authorization.

Sharing of Your Personal Information

Your personal information is an important part of our service to you, and we will fulfill our confidentiality obligations in accordance with legal requirements. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

3.4. If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, your personal information may be disclosed to the respondent for the purpose of handling potential rights disputes.

3.5. Only by sharing your information can we provide the services you need or handle disputes or conflicts between you and others.

3.6. In the event that you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or violate relevant agreements signed between you and Cloudpick (including electronically signed agreements) or violate Cloudpick website rules, your information may need to be disclosed to third parties.

3.7. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Cloudpick, its affiliates, or other Cloudpick users. As our business grows, we and our affiliates may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will notify you before the transfer takes place.

In order to better provide you with services, we may share your personal information with third-party components embedded in the mini-program client, as detailed in the attachment at the end of this policy: List of Third-party SDKs.

Security of Your Personal Information

Your personal information will be stored entirely within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Cloudpick strictly protects the security of your personal information. We use various measures such as systems, security technologies, and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. For the phone numbers we collect, we use encrypted transmission channels and AES256 encryption technology to store the database. If you have any questions about our personal information protection, please contact our customer service. When conducting online transactions for goods or services through the Cloudpick website with third parties, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information to the other party or potential trading partner, such as contact information or postal address. Please safeguard your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your account and password have been compromised, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or allowed by law.

Access and Update Your Personal Information

If you need to change your real-name authentication information (your real-name authentication information is the name and phone number you used for real-name authentication), you can contact customer service (see Chapter 9, Section 9 "Others") to request changes.

Delete Your Personal Information

You can request the deletion of your personal information in the following situations, and we will respond and complete the processing within fifteen days:

(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations.

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent.

(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you.

(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have canceled your account.

(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or unless these entities have obtained your independent authorization. After you request the deletion of your personal information from our services, we may not immediately delete your personal information from the backup system, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated. In addition, Cloudpick Store servers automatically delete movement trajectory and clothing data every 3 days and monitor data every 7 days.

Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent

Cancellation of Account by Data Subject

You can cancel the account you registered at any time by contacting us (see Chapter 9, Section 9 "Others"). After canceling your account, we will stop providing products or services to you and, upon your request, delete your personal information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

Protection of Personal Information of Minors

Cloudpick attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using Cloudpick's services. Cloudpick protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

Notifications and Revisions

To provide you with better services, Cloudpick's business will change from time to time, and this Privacy Policy will also be adjusted accordingly.
