Ownership of Rights

Unless otherwise stated by Cloudpick, all rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and all other relevant rights) to all products, technologies, software, programs, data, and other information on the Cloudpick website (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photos, audio, video, charts, color layout designs, electronic documents) are owned by Cloudpick and are protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws. Without permission from Cloudpick, no one is allowed to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading through any robots, crawlers, or other programs or devices) or use it for other purposes. Other trademarks appearing on Cloudpick are the property of their respective trademark owners, and without written permission from the operator of the Cloudpick website or the respective trademark owner, no third party may use them.

Intellectual Property

Comments or articles posted by users on the Cloudpick website represent the views of the authors themselves and do not reflect the position of Cloudpick. The author is solely responsible for their content.

Cloudpick and its affiliates have the right to use the product experience, product discussions, or images posted by users on this website, authorize others to use them, or use them together with others.
